Health Tip for Today

I feel so filled with energy and good works. That has to do with health, eating and exercise. I love all three topics and intend to share a tip with you.

I have a dear friend, Dr. Chang, who practices Eastern Medicine. My tip to you this day is one he gave me years ago.

Eat a LARGE breakfast; 1/2 that size lunch; and 1/2 of the lunch size for dinner before 5 p.m. and you will never gain weight. If you need to lose weight you will.

I will tell you IT WORKS. Nutrition is one of my 'love' subjects and you will hear more from me on that subject. How about you? Do you have any tips that I can follow or add to my book on Nutrition, Eating To Be Well?
